About the Annexe

We look forward to welcoming you to have a peaceful self-catering holiday in the ground floor, self contained annexe of our home. Wildlife is abundant around here and only the occasional tractor from our neighbouring farm disturbs the peace.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, shower room, a shower with a strong seat and handles, toilet & basin. The lounge / diner is large and well equipped. It has a double sofa bed, comfy chairs, a table with four chairs, a television with DVD player and a music centre. There is no smoking throughout the whole property. We regret no pets as one of us has an allergy. A cot or travel cot with bedding and high chair are available on request.

The kitchen has all facilities - electric cooker, washing machine, fridge / freezer, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board.

Heating is via electric storage radiators.We have added a stove effect electric fire to the lounge for those cold evenings. Outside there is a summer house where bicycles can be stored, chairs, tables & a barbecue. There is also access to your own part of the garden with a rotary clothes drier supplied.

All linen is provided. There is plenty of parking space. The property is suitable for people of limited mobility, having ramps to doors. There is a gastro pub in the village.

We have an outdoor swimming pool, which guests can use in the summer months by arrangement and by signing a disclaimer.

Situated in the middle of the county, it is ideal for exploring Suffolk or further afield Norfolk. Short breaks are a possibility.
